Bohemian Dreams May 24 -25 9 am -4pm

This 2 day class will focus on a Boho or Bohemian theme. We will be making 3 projects, a 12 x 12 inch mandala journal with vibrant bold colors and designs, papers, beads and ribbon, a wall hanging that will include painted driftwood and a Messy mandala on canvas, and on day 2 we will create a Boho style canvas. My class will reflect the art that I create and the techniques I use are not necessarily the correct or usual way of using supplies. I create and demonstrate in the style that I have come to embrace to capture the look I am seeking.The images below are just samples of pieces in this style, these are not the exact pieces we are creating. I may add or change some of the ideas below to suit each group.

Playing With Color June 14-15 9 am - 4 pm

This 2 day class will focus on color and leaving perfection at the door. We will be using colors that may or may not go together and choosing with our heart and soul. We will be making 3 projects, a portfolio style journal with vibrant bold colors and designs, papers, and ribbon, a wall hanging that will include doodles drips, splashes and layers of bold color painted on watercolor paper and cut to hang from driftwood., and on day 2 we will create a colorful floral style canvas. My class will reflect the art that I create and the techniques I use are not necessarily the correct or usual way of using supplies. I create and demonstrate in the style that I have come to embrace to capture the look I am seeking.The images below are just samples of pieces in this style,these are not the exact pieces we are creating. Water Color Wonder July 19 -20 9 am - 4 pm

This 2 day class will focus on using watercolor and other water-media such as inks, liquid watercolor and traditional tube watercolor. We will be making 3 projects, a 9 x 12 inch journal with cut edge pages, vibrant bold colors and designs, papers, rhinestones and ribbon, a wall hanging that will include various painted and paper cut and attached to a driftwood hanger, and on day 2 we will create a canvas collage using our painted papers, paints and inks. My class will reflect the art that I create and the techniques I use are not necessarily the correct or usual way of using supplies. I create and demonstrate in the style that I have come to embrace to capture the look I am seeking.The images below are just samples of pieces in this style,these are not the exact pieces we are creating. Kids Art for Adults August 23-24 9 am- 4 pm

This 2 day class will focus on a kids art projects that I love with an adult twist. We will be making 3 projects, a collage cover journal with vibrant bold colors and designs, papers, beads, ribbon, rhinestones, a wall hanging that will include paper, painted driftwood, and yarn, and on day 2 we will create a Cityscape style canvas using paint and paper. My class will reflect the art that I create and the techniques I use are not necessarily the correct or usual way of using supplies. I create and demonstrate in the style that I have come to embrace to get the look I am seeking.The images below are just samples of pieces in this style. I may add or change some of the ideas below to suit the each group.I do not have images of the pieces we will create in this class..it is a fabulous new idea I have and ill be adding pictures as I compete projects.

I only have opening for 4 people per class. This is temporary as I am planning for larger classes within the year. I will be adding in 1 day and a few evening workshops as well and a few for kids too. I will get on that ASAP, probably by mid week with all of the info.
